We have a bunch of "surplus" cards to sell and would like to offer them at bargain prices.
 
Cards will be sold for half the listed Scrye® middle value.  Our database now has all the middle Scrye® values listed in the October 2008 issue for the main printing editions.  The value charged will be half of that listed in our database at the time of final purchase.
 
Most of the cards are all in "fine" to "near-mint" condition (as defined in Scrye® magazine).  Some are in the high end of "good" condition (these will only be cards whose commonality is listed as "rare").
 
There is a minimum order of $5.00 worth of cards.
 
In order to purchase cards, you must be registered as a site user and have provided us an address for shipping.
 
All information provided by you will be stored as encrypted data and not provided to any third party, except as required by law.
 
At this time, we are only shipping to the United States.  This is because we can only get a return receipt at a reasonable price for US bound mail and we will only send items that we can verify receipt of.

You may optionally pay for having your order insured.  See Insurance Charges below for the rates used.
 
If your cards are shipped to Virginia in the United States, sales tax of 5% will be added.
 
We use PayPal™ to accept all payments (credit card or PayPal™ account).

Shipping and Handling Charges/Information:
 
After much research, we realised the most cost effective method to do our best to guarantee delivery is to ship using a USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope.   Therefore, S&H charges will be a flat rate of $5.80 for every group of 100 cards.  (I.e. If you order 50 cards it is $5.80 and if you order 150 it is $11.60.)

Insurance Charges:   If you select optional insurance, these are the rates that will added to the cost of the cards and S&H charges.   In the unlikely event that the USPS loses your package, we will collect the insurance and reimburse you for the cost of the cards (not for the S&H or insurance charge).   For insurance for purchases of over $600, the rate will be:    $7.70 plus $1 for every $100 over $600.
